Student Financial Services

Welcome to Student Financial Services. At some point, all Alexandria Technical College students will interact with Student Finanical services. These services include Financial Aid, Scholarships, and the Business Office. While all of these offices have integrated functions, each serves a unique purpose. To provide the best service possible, we would like to explain the purpose of each office.

The Financial Aid Office's primary purpose is to help students pay for college. This office answers questions about the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), student loans, work-study eligibility, and veteran's benefits.

The Scholarships Office has information regarding scholarships offered at Alexandria Technical College and external scholarship opportunities.

The Business Office handles tuition payments, billing, and financial aid and scholarship disbursements. This office cannot answer questions about your financial aid eligibility, work-study eligibility, or scholarship terms. Please see the Financial Aid Office or Scholarships Office for questions about eligibility and funding amounts.

You can view your tuition and fees statement, financial aid award, scholarship awards, and make payments toward your account on e-Services. Please login into MyATC to access e-Services.
