2.7 ATCC Foundation Scholarships
The Alexandria Technical and Community College Foundation has an established Trust and Scholarship Fund. A portion of the money from the Trust and Scholarship Fund is targeted to specific programs; other Trust & Scholarship monies have been earmarked for the general fund in which guidelines for eligibility have been set by a Trust and Scholarship Committee.
The scholarship coordinator can provide information to students regarding academic scholarships. There are a variety of sources for outside scholarships.

Dollars for Scholars
The Dollars for Scholars Program in Minnesota, of which Alexandria Technical and Community College is a participant, will help assist the private sector in meeting the educational needs of future students. Alexandria Technical and Community College will match the amount of the award (up to a maximum of $200) per recipient and will award the scholarship to students who inform our institution that they are recipients of their local Dollars for Scholars program. The deadline is January 1st of each year. The scholarship will be applied towards the student's tuition and fees statement.
Please note: All scholarship awards must be applied to the student's financial aid eligibility and will become part of his/her aid package.
