WalletHub considers quality, cost, and career outcomes for the 2022-23 academic year to determine where students can receive the best education at the lowest price. They compared more than 650 community colleges across the U.S. in 19 key indicators of cost and quality. Their data set ranges from the cost of in-state tuition, fees, student-to-faculty ratio, graduation rate, and career outcomes.
“Alexandria College was receiving best in class honors in 1989 – when I started working in Minnesota,” said Alexandria College President Michael Seymour. “It is great to see our college continue its long-standing tradition of excellence.”
The recognition highlights ATCC's commitment to delivering an affordable, high-quality education that addresses the need of its students.
“It’s no secret that ATCC provides value to its students," said Jeff Wild, VP of Advancement & Outreach, "but this recognition proves just how valuable an in-depth, hands-on education can be when it comes to job placement and career earnings. We’re honored to be recognized nationally by WalletHub again this year!”
In the current educational landscape, where tuition and fees continue to rise, ATCC's ranking comes as a beacon of hope to students seeking accessible and affordable higher education.
