Dr. Fier’s leadership experience includes serving as SMSU MSUAASF (faculty union) vice president, SMSU Faculty Association treasurer, SMSU Faculty Association president, Inter Faculty Organization (IFO) Vice President, and IFO Academic Affairs liaison.
She has a bachelor’s degree from Southwest Minnesota State University, a master’s degree from South Dakota State University, and a Ph.D. from Walden University. She is a licensed psychologist and a licensed mental performance consultant.
