Webex Calling is our new cloud phone service. You can have a physical desk phone and have a softphone (a computer application installed on your computer) that acts like a phone. If you choose not to have a physical phone, make sure you have a good headset or audio with a microphone so you can make calls and receive calls. This is similar to using Zoom or Teams.
You can dial out and receive incoming calls exactly like the phone system you have used for years. Webex Calling gives you the same features you use: long distance, voicemail, and more.
As we migrate into this new environment, we want to make sure you have a good experience. Check out the quick reference guides and video on Webex Calling on your desktop, mobile, or physical phone.

Our campus numbers may be listed as potential spam when calling customers. | This is caused by the fact that we are in between phone carriers. When our telephone numbers are ported over to our new carrier, they will be resolved. |
